FAQs

FAQs About Invenio SEO Classes

Q?

Can I use my course materials to train others?

A.

I put my copyright on all of the training materials. That being said, if you do it, there's no way I would hear about it. I do have Google Alerts set up for seo training and other keywords, so if you advertise, I'm bound to see it sooner or later. Please do not use my courses to do your own SEO teaching, thanks!

Q?

Can I record your SEO training for future use?

A.

No, sorry, not allowed. First, SEO changes almost weekly, so I am always updating course material. Second, it's my material, my copyright and I don't give it away.

Q?

What’s your refund policy?

A.

In lieu of offering refunds, we will to reschedule you, or allow someone to take your place for the training. Extreme cases will be handled on a case by case basis.

Q?

I am not a coder! Do I need to know HTML or any kind of programming language to do SEO?

A.

If I had to know HTML or do it, I would be screwed, blued and tattooed, as the saying goes. That's the great thing about SEO - you don't need to know any HTML to be a great SEOer! However, if you're interested in HTML or coding, there are plenty of courses out there that can teach you!

Q?

I don’t know the first thing about SEO; can your courses help me, or do I need some prior knowledge?

A.

Absolutely not! We start out by explaining what SEO is, how it fits into content marketing and inbound marketing, then we go from there.

Q?

Do you offer discounts?

A.

If your company wants to train more than one person, contact me and let's see what we can work out, OK?

Q?

Do I get any course materials?

A.

You sure do - I print them out for you, and they are yours to keep!

Q?

What subjects do you teach in your SEO training?

A.

Eyeball our agendas here!

Q?

What are your qualifications?

A.

Fair question - I've been doing SEO since 2004. I love to teach, and there are plenty of folks just like you who learn better from sitting down with someone and going through the concepts, strategies and skills to understand it. I was just like you 10 years ago - trying to pick up the best practices from various sources on the web and hoping they were telling the truth! Then I took the online and face to face training from Search Engine Academy, and discovered the most reliable, trustworthy sources in the SEO world to get the latest information, strategies and processes for doing white hat SEO. So now I'm showing you how to do SEO that complies with Google's latest recommendations, guidelines and terms of service.

Q?

How often do you update your course materials?

A.

As often as it takes. Sometimes weekly, sometimes less than that. It depends upon what Google has rolled out for the algorithm, Analytics and Webmaster tools, plus any other verified best practices I think would be useful to teach you.
